19th Century Late Victorian Mahogany Inlaid Music Cabinet with two glazed doors enclosing a glass shelf with working key, below are four drawers with brass ring handles, standing on square tapering legs with spade feet. The antique music cabinet was originally made to store sheet music when home entertainment involved playing music and using instruments such as the violin or piano. The antique music cabinet is designed like a chest of drawers but the drawer fronts will be hinged, so they pull out and fall forward, giving you easy access to your paperwork, papers or magazines.
